Liat provides personalized sessions for children, teens, adults, and families. She is known for her adaptive, engaging teaching style and has brought her expertise to schools and community programs across Los Angeles and also to corporate wellness events. Her experience working with celebrity clients and mental health professionals speaks to the depth, discretion, and personalization she brings to The Mindful Mat Practice.
Liat collaborates closely with families and care teams to create individualized & thoughtful sessions that are tailored to each client’s needs and therapeutic goals. Her diverse expertise includes Kids Yoga, Parent & Me, Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga, Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative and Gentle Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), Visualization, and EFT Tapping.
